摘要: The development of High-Temperature Superconducting (HTS) thin-film technology has been significantly enhanced by the introduction Pulsed-Laser Deposition (PLD). This technique excels in deposition multi-element compounds such as high temperature superconductors and a variety other compatible materials dielectrics conducting layers. In this paper I will review advantages problems with some most exciting recent breakthroughs that have occurred high-temperature superconducting arena based on pulsed-laser film-deposition technique.
