摘要: P-type semiconductor SrCu2O2 was synthetized by semi-wet method. The precursor analyzed TGA and the calcined samples were characterized using XRD SEM. N-P heterogeneous complex CdO/SrCu2O2 WO3/SrCu2O2 prepared equal volume impregnation photocatalylic activity of SrCu2O2, CdO/SrCu2O2, WO3/SrCu2O2, CdO WO3 under ultraviolet light irradiation investigated. experimental results showed that did not exhibit any when they used alone, but efficient photocatalysts for water decomposition to hydrogen. conclusion could be drawn combination N-type is very important photocatalysis.
