摘要: Although requiring the use of stoichiometric amounts metal and harsh conditions, copper-mediated coupling reactions aryl halides with amines phenols (Ullmann condensations), amides carbamates (Ullmann–Goldberg or activated methylene compounds (Ullmann–Hurtley condensations) have been for a long time useful methods formation C(aryl)–N, C(aryl)–O, C(aryl)–C bonds. In 2001, renaissance Ullmann reaction has initiated discovery versatile new copper catalytic systems C–C, C–N, C–O under mild temperature conditions.
