摘要: A finite element model of a mid-size adult occupant has been developed in order to estimate overall injuries traffic accident situations. Bones, ligaments, tendons, flesh, and skin are modeled using more than 80,000 elements. Several simulations were performed validate impact responses each body part. Detailed models the head/face, shoulder, individual internal organs have also for detailed analysis. The human was used together with vehicle's structure simulate real-world situation successfully reproduced gross motions multiple an occupant.
