摘要: This chapter overviews the dimensions and challenges in integrative approaches water resource decision making. Integrative research is central to tackling real-world, complex science social-political problems, where acceptable solutions often cross disciplinary boundaries. Recent literature on integration theory of are reviewed. Literature translating integrated from practice synthesized. We then use three case studies, all Murray-Darling Basin, demonstrate different integration, each example sought achieve a purpose had scales application. conclude with some lessons learned needs consider for future projects.
