摘要: Individuals at increased risk for the development of breast cancer have several options clinical management, including prophylactic mastectomy and risk-reducing salpingo-oophorectomy. Over past decade, increasing data become available regarding efficacy adverse effects from these surgical approaches. In this chapter we review literature, indications such surgeries, as well their risks benefits.
