摘要: An electric arc plasma spray gun provides optimum coating of substrates by projecting a stream at velocity or about Mach two, ambient pressure, and entraining therein particles material to be coated upon said substrate. Power, pressures temperatures are employed together with unique set interchangeable supersonic nozzles achieve particle exit velocities from one ten thousand feet per second, heating temperature below their melting point but sufficient soften the for enhanced coating. Unique parameters size, injection angle positions identified different materials entrained in stream.
