摘要: Summary European woodwasps of the genera Sirex and Urocerus have symbiotic relationships with basidiomycetes, Amylostereum chailletii (Pers. : Fr.) Boid. areolatum (Fr.) The fungal symbionts siricid are contained in a pair mycangia located at top ovipositor. A technique used for isolating from is described illustrated using gigas L. juvencus L., isolation fungi wood fruitbodies briefly. Some characteristics given involved fungi, A. areolatum.
