摘要: The present invention is directed to a non-woven material having an emulsion binder, which dispersible in water, yet non-dispersible aqueous solutions containing 0.5 weight percent or more of inorganic salt. water-dispersible polymer comprises from 1 100 by hydrophilic monomer and 0 99 at least one non-hydrophilic monomer, wherein film formed said has Tg −40 105° C. useful forming disposable articles can be disposed flushing down toilet.
