摘要: Emulsions containing particles of an organopolysiloxane with average particle diameter less than about 100 nanometer are prepared by (i) adding a polyfunctional silane to aqueous medium nonionic surfactant, anionic or cationic and catalyst; (ii) allowing the hydrolyze; (iii) cyclic siloxane pre-hydrolyzed silane; (iv) copolymerizing form organopolysiloxane; (v) continuing step until resulting has viscosity greater 100,000,000 centipoise (mPa·s).
