摘要: Background and Aims: Bufalin is a cardiotonic steroid isolated from the Chinese toad venom preparation Chan’su has been shown to induce leukemia cell differentiation apoptosis under certain experimental conditions. However, detailed mechanism by which bufalin induces of acute promyelocytic cells largely unexplored. Methods: The line NB4 was treated with bufalin, then proliferation evaluated viability assay detected flow cytometry analysis.
