摘要: Maintenance therapy is defined as the regular use of appropriate therapeutic agents to ensure that acne remains in remission. Topical are mainstay maintenance therapy. A number topical options available, including retinoids, benzoyl peroxide, and azelaic acid. The choice should be based on a criteria: efficacy addressing subclinical microcomedo, which precursor lesion for both comedones inflammatory lesions; tolerability, due need application broader epidermal surface; other properties may enhance adherence. Patients more motivated easily integrated into their lifestyles have potential "skin-repairing" properties.
