Capacity value estimation of plug-in electric vehicle parking-lots in urban power systems: A physical-social coupling perspective

摘要: Abstract This paper presents a study to investigate the potential role of public plug-in electric vehicle grid-connected parking lot (GPL) in improving sustainability power supply as virtual energy storage urban grid. For this, comprehensive evaluation framework is proposed which introduces an extension generation-oriented concept capacity value GPL, with aim assessing their contribution adequacy for different settings. Comparing peer studies, our approach has prominent advantages: (a) it accounts effects both technical and human factors associated GPL operations; (b) considers uncertainty users’ preference using its dynamics externalities.
