摘要: Solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) and molten carbonate (MCFC) systems operate at high temperatures (up to 1000 C 650 C, respectively), which makes them especially attractive sources for combined heat power (CHP) cogeneration. However, improvements in the efficiency of exchange these cells require both development careful processing advanced cost-effective alloys use such high-temperature service conditions. The properties sheet foil forms several being considered compact heat-exchangers (recuperators) have been characterized. Mechanical creep-rupture testing, oxidation studies, microstructural studies performed on commercially available alloy 347, 625, HR230, HR120, new AL20-25+Nb. These led a mechanistic understanding responses anticipated conditions, suggest that developed gas- micro-turbine recuperator applications are also suitable heat-exchangers. Additional work is still required achieve with creep life comparable thicker-section wrought product same alloys.
