摘要: Phenolic compounds form a large group of plant secondary metabolites with many functions related to the acclimation and adaptation plants changing environment interaction other organisms. Interestingly, numerous studies have shown positive influence phenolic on human health, higher intake is beneficial. Thus, can be considered as an important quality factor in soft fruits. In this study potential different cultivation practices increase content red raspberry (Rubus idaeus), strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa) black currant (Ribes nigrum) was evaluated. The shows that several possible ways exist enhance crop including choice cultivar, fertilization, mulching, light temperature. However, methods shortcomings, they should thoroughly evaluated before their application practice.
