摘要: Abstract All-optical camera, converting X-rays into visible photons, is a promising strategy for high-performance X-ray imaging detector requiring high detection efficiency and ultrafast response time. Zinc oxide suitable material all-optical camera due to its fast radiative recombination lifetime in sub-nanosecond regime radiation hardness. ZnO nanostructures have been considered as proper building blocks detectors with spatial resolution sub-micrometer scale. To achieve remarkable enhancement of luminescence n-type doping has employed. However, dynamics doped not thoroughly investigated whereas undoped employed study their dynamics. Here we report hydrogen nanowires obtained by plasma treatment. Hydrogen gives rise significant increase the near-band-edge emission decrease averaged photoluminescence from 300 140 ps at 10 K. The effects on luminescent characteristics were changed process variables.
