摘要: To examine the effects of xylazine, ketamine, diazepam anesthesia on clinical pathology parameters in sheep and goats, seven adult, healthy, non-pregnant Awassi weighing 40–60 kg healthy Damascus breed goats 35 to 55 were used. Anesthesia was induced using 0.1 mg/kg 5 0.25 as a single intravenous injection. Blood cell counts plasma biochemical analysis performed before (T0), 2 h after recovery, 24 days later. Hematological indicated that there significant increase neutrophil percentages (P ≤ 0.05) at recovery. There mild lymphopenia leukocytosis recovery both species. Packed volume significantly increased respectively, while total red blood count decreased goats. no changes hemoglobin, urea nitrogen, creatinine, protein, albumin concentrations. Glucose elevated only. Aspartate aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase not changed any sampling point. It is therefore concluded combination can be used induce short term with minimum laboratory parameters.
