摘要: We report the first experimental results obtained by Low Temperature Scanning Electron Microscopy (LTSEM) on dynamic states of Josephson tunnel junctions. The spatially resolved measurements dealing with self-resonant modes (Fiskesteps) revealed information about distribution rf-magnetic field amplitudes inside junction. imaged one- and two-dimensional cavity-modes a square By coupling element phase-coherently to microwave we maximum current density generated constant-voltage steps (Shapiro-steps). For junction designs used as modern voltage standards measured homogeneously distributed step-current densities up fourth step. irradiating superconducting junctions microwaves photon-assisted tunneling quasiparticles takes place. Using LTSEM standing pattern As result, wavelength single stripline is displayed directly. spatial resolution achieved 1–2 μm.
