摘要: Objectives: The aim of the present study was to validate sensitivity and specificity NMP22® BladderChek® test in our group patients according tumoral stage grade identify patient categories that might benefit from non-invasive nature test. Methods: Voided urine samples 266 with imagistic suspicion bladder cancer were collected perform nuclear matrix protein 22 (NMP22) levels measured by a lateral flow immunochromatographic qualitative assay, using 10 U/ml as cut-off value. After this underwent transurethral resection tumors (TUR-BT) follewed histologic grading tumor staging for proper optimal management. Sensitivity positive predictive value defined different grade. Results: Two hundred thirty-eight 265 had urothelial malignancies (76 pTa, 81 pT1, 37 pT2, 32 pT3, 12 pT4, 27 pT0; 118 G1, 54 G2, 64 G3). 0.629 [0.612; 0.629] while equal 1 [0.851; 1]. Positive values [0.973; 1], negative 0.235 [0.200; 0.235]. Conclusions : results demonstrate even if is an easily applied test, giving diagnostic findings within 30 min, cannot be recommended screening or surveillance clinical routine use non muscle invasive because its poor sensitivity.
