摘要: Formation, selective retrieval and capturing of individual droplets are key operational capabilities needed for a broad range droplet microfluidic applications. The membrane displacement trap (MDT) element gives robust method uniform discretization controllable manipulation aqueous using an enclosed micro-well covered by elastomer membrane. This capability can be scaled up combining the modular elements with system design that requires minimal number signal inputs. Incorporation MDT pneumatically-controllable multiplexer lead to scalable random access array platform liquid manipulation. Herein, we report development programmable sampling selectively handling 32 10 pneumatic logarithmically scale capacity platform, making it possible manipulate hundreds droplets.
