摘要: Abstract Composite solid electrolytes were prepared varying the addition of yttria-stabilized zirconia (3Y-TZP) from 3 to 26 wt% using a matrix copper-substituted bismuth vanadate (BICUVOX.1). The effects stabilized concentration added and their relation with tensile strength, thermal expansion, phase transition electrical conductivity evaluated. When compared pristine BICUVOX.1, 3Y-TZP led an increase 144% in strength reduction expansion coefficient 12.3×10 −6 °C −1 9.6×10 . Such improvements stems grain growth inhibition due Zener pinning effect. Impedance measurements analyses showed that high concentrations is effective way prevent γ′↔γ BICUVOX.1 matrix. Nevertheless, total has been continuously reduced progressive amount zirconia.
