摘要: Abstract The purpose of this work is to characterize the anodized layers formed on titanium by anodic-spark deposition in an electrolyte containing Ca and P ions, Ca3(PO4)2, studied for first time. oxidation experiments were performed at different periods time using concentrations electrolyte. influence process parameters (time electrolysis concentration) surface morphology chemical composition was studied. It has been found that it possible incorporate into growing layer. A response a biological medium evaluated their immersion simulated body fluid. An enrichment simultaneous loss calcium phosphorus layer after tests indicate these coatings should be bioresorbable medium. Preliminary assays some order assess biocompatibility with osteoblast cells. cell proliferation one selected sample assessed up 21 days seeding. preliminary results suggest excellent properties coatings.
