摘要: Movement of individuals through events, such as storms or crop transportation, may affect survival and distribution insect pests, well population genetic structure at a regional scale. Understanding what factors contribute to gene flow in pest populations remains very important for sustainable management. The diamondback moth (Plutella xylostella) is an known its capacity moving over short long distances. Here, we used newly isolated microsatellite markers analyze the nine across Taiwan Strait China (Taiwan Fujian). A total 12,152 simple sequence repeats (SSRs) were initially identified from P. xylostella transcriptome (~94 Mb), with average 129 SSRs per Mb. Nine validated be polymorphic markers, eight this study. Our results showed that could divided into distinct two clusters, which likely due year-round airflows region. pattern isolation by distance among local within Fujian was found, related vegetable transportation. Considering complexity global levels, propose developing ecologically sound strategies managing will require knowledge link between behavioral ecology structure.
