摘要: Abstract The annual consumption of petroleum products in India was about 221 million metric tons 2015. Of this, 84% imported. Indian industrial sector accounts for 16%–20% the total fuel thermal energy different heating applications temperature range 50°C–250 °C. Solar collectors can meet these requirements and offer possibility to mitigate oil. This study highlights fact that conversion efficiency from solar is much higher process than electricity generation constitute a significant share consumption. In this paper, methodology has been developed estimate potential integration heating. employs operating temperatures select type collectors. size field estimated taking into account heat loads, working fluid processes, chosen collectors, location-based irradiance capacity utilization proposed validated with software tool called System Advisor Model (SAM). techno-economic analysis will indicate viability systems industries. Therefore, consociated parameters on economic (capital cost, oil savings, monetary benefits), financial (Payback periods, Rates Returns) environmental (Carbon savings) are estimated. Further, applied industries verify its quantitatively. selected include Textile, Pulp & Paper, Dairy, Leather Automobile. Process-wise demands considered while estimating as requirement offset by terms absolute benefits carbon savings. other mentioned above were capability present market position systems. sensitivity analyses have performed respect penetration prices address
