摘要: A low-temperature calcined ceramic of the present invention comprises a sintered body obtained by calcining mixture glass and an SiO 2 filler such as quartz or cristobalite, wherein contains crystal having X-ray diffraction image that peak at (101) plane cristobalite is shifted least 0.05° (2θ) to lower angle side. The containing quarts does not have region abruptly changing thermal expansion has substantially linear curve. Accordingly, when used insulating substrate wiring boad, there no possibility causing heating, etc., mounting on external electric circuit boad occurrence inferior connection, can be effectively prevented.
