摘要: Abstract Developing a reliable method for separating styrene-butadiene-styrene triblock copolymer (SBS) modifier and bitumen matrix is not only beneficial to further revealing the aging mechanism of SBS modified (SBSMB) but also can be used determine content in SBSMB. Consequently, two separation methods were compared based on solubility differences SBS, asphaltene maltene specific chemical agents, evaluated by rheological, morphological analyses. In addition, application proposed SBSMB research determination was conducted. The results show that first separates from SBSMB, then residues successfully separate matrix. No new bulk phase apparent after processes, processes have few influences complex modulus binder while having significant impacts angle binder. By comparing pure separated it found susceptibility lower than bitumen. Moreover, accurately determined method, which contribute quality control products.
