摘要: One-dimensional (1D) semiconductor nanostructures, classified as nanowires, nanobelts and nanotubes, have shown superior properties in electric, chemical, mechanical optical fields (Li et al., 2004; Pan 2001; Pavesi 2000; Q. Wang 2008), can be served the fundamental building blocks for constructing advanced inter-connectors nanoscale electronic, optoelectronic sensing nanodevices (Duan Huang Lao 2003; X.D. 2007). In general, design of 1D nanostructure emphasizes to strength growth crystal along one direction restrict other two dimensions nanosize. recent years, considerable achievements been made on preparation nanostructures different synthetic strategies developed fabricate various including element (Nikoobakht & El-Sayed, Lu 2005; Vivekchand Wirtz Martin, 2003), oxide (Dai Ohgi Wu Zheng 2002), nitride (Kim 2002; Toury sulfide (Gao Kar Chaudhuri, Zhu others (Hornbostel 1995; Jun 2006; X.Y. which makes it possible further investigate their applications nanodevices. this chapter, we will review development achieved primarily from author’s studies addressing key issues by thermal plasma, growth, characterization obtained products based unique related special route.
