摘要: We report a case of pelioid-type well-differentiated hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in 54-year-old woman with history taking oral contraceptives. She was not infected hepatitis viruses and her liver function test results were normal. Contrast-enhanced computed tomography showed an irregular-shaped remarkably enhanced tumor central necrosis. The vaguely nodular without capsules, consisted multiple pelioid cysts sinusoidal dilatations transitional forms between them. directly surrounded by neoplastic cells fatty degeneration. Since HCC has similar radiological pathological features to peliosis hepatis, it is difficult differentiate them based on drug imaging studies. detection stromal invasion into the portal area necessary distinguish welldifferentiated from benign hepatic tumors.
