The vaguely nodular without capsules, consisted multiple pelioid cysts sinusoidal dilatations transitional forms between them. directly surrounded by neoplastic cells fatty degeneration. Since HCC has similar radiological pathological features to peliosis hepatis, it is difficult differentiate them based on drug imaging studies. detection stromal invasion into the portal area necessary distinguish welldifferentiated from benign hepatic tumors.
