摘要: The cascade of events that dictate the normal physiologic processes leading to initiation, maintenance, and final resolution inflammation is result host responding a variety direct or indirect stimuli. Although these stimuli may represent either infectious agents (viruses, bacteria, protozoans) noninfectious (trauma, autoimmune disorders, ischemia/reperfusion injury), they all in activation directed migration leukocytes into an area tissue injury. Our current understanding suggests recruitment from lumen vessel localized injury depends on interrelated network events, which must occur with some fidelity order for cells arrive successfully at site inflammation. many steps involved leukocyte elicitation have been identified, complete processes, including subsequent injury, are not entirely known.
