摘要: Implemented by a national law, the National Aquatic Ecological Monitoring Program (NAEMP) has been assessing ecological health status of surface waters, focusing on streams and rivers, in Korea since 2007. The program involves monitoring multiple aquatic biota such as benthic diatoms, macroinvertebrates, fish, plants well water quality habitat parameters. Taking advantage scale long-term standardization protocols methods, datasets NAEMP provide many opportunities for various advanced comparative synthetic studies, policy-making, management. In order to realize these potentials opportunities, we have developed RESTful API-based data management system called OSAEM (the Open, Sharable Extensible Data Management System Monitoring), which is designed be open, sharable, extensible. this paper, introduce approach, present API system, discuss its applicability. An prototype currently available commercial cloud service (Amazon EC2) but remains under active development.
