摘要: The fungal pathogen Candida albicans shows significant diversity at the genetic and phenotypic levels. In this Chapter, we review our current knowledge of C. diploid genome its variability, structure population mechanisms that are involved in dynamics, with a focus on parasexual cycle loss-of-heterozygosity events. We further explore impact dynamics diversity. Finally, discuss how could be leveraged future order to get insights underlying important biological attributes subject variations across isolates.
