摘要: The aetiology of breast cancer remains elusive, but over recent years cytogeneticists have made several important discoveries. Most notable among these has been the identification specific genes involved in carcinogenic process. Clinicians who deal with often feel intimidated by this explosion genetic information. This article introduces relevant ideas molecular biology as they apply to present state understanding and its possible aetiology.
