摘要: Monte Carlo simulations have been carried out to study the effect of temperature on growth kinetics a circular grain. As predicted by $d=3$ theories domain kinetics, shrinks linearly with time as $A(t)={A}_{0}\ensuremath{-}\ensuremath{\alpha}t$, where ${A}_{0}$ and $A(t)$ are initial instantaneous areas, respectively. However, in contrast $d=3$, slope $\ensuremath{\alpha}$ is strongly dependent for $Tg~0.6{T}_{c}$. An analytical theory which considers thermal fluctuations agrees $T$ dependence data this regime.
