摘要: Summary Stable RNA maturation is a key process in the generation of functional RNAs, and failure to correctly these RNAs can lead their elimination through quality control mechanisms. Studies pathways ribosomal transfer Bacillus subtilis showed they were radically different from Escherichia coli led identification new B. subtilis-specific enzymes. We noticed that, despite important roles translation, number B. subtilis small stable still did not have characterised pathways, notably tmRNA, involved ribosome rescue, RNase P RNA, tRNA maturation. Here, we show that tmRNA matured by Z at its 5′ 3′ extremities, respectively, whereas on side Y. Recent evidence several RNases are essential prompted us revisit scRNA, component signal recognition particle co-translational insertion specific proteins into membrane. Y also processing scRNA. Lastly, identified some enzymes turnover three RNAs.
