摘要: Ectomycorrhiza (EM) formation improves tree growth and nutrient acquisition, particularly that of nitrogen (N). Few studies have coupled the effects naturally occurring EM morphotypes to nutrition host trees. To investigate this, pine seedlings were grown on raw humus substrates collected at two forest sites, R2 R3. identified, their respective N uptake rates from organic (2-(13)C, (15)N-glycine) inorganic ((15)NH(4)Cl, Na(15)NO(3), (15)NH(4)NO(3), NH(4)(15)NO(3)) sources as well phosphate determined. Subsequently, nutritional status analyzed. Two dominant displayed significantly different mycorrhization in substrates. Rhizopogon luteolus Fr. (RL) was Suillus bovinus (Pers.) Kuntze (SB) (15)N RL all times higher than SB EM. Phosphate by did not differ significantly. The number correlated negatively positively with rate. Increased arginine concentrations critical P/N ratios needles indicated imbalances R2, predominantly mycorrhizal RL. We conclude supply under Scots stands can induce shifts frequency seedlings, this may lead fungal strains ability support growth.
