摘要: A method is described for the adsorption of selected macromolecules to colloidal gold which then used as an electron dense marker indirect detection specific cell surface molecules. Membrane bound concanavalin A, binds sugars on horseradish peroxidase, and wheat germ agglutinin, ovomucoid are detected indirectly with labeled peroxidase ovomucoid, respectively. Goat anti-human IgM blood lymphocytes rabbit anti-goat IgG. In preparation proteins, problems flocculation by proteins nonadsorption gold, solved through a combination concentration protein pH variable isotherms, allows one determine conditions gold. Adsorption dependent, correlating isoelectric point(s) major fraction(s); influenced interfacial tension, solubility electrical charge Colloidal inexpensive useful label rapid, reproducible results easily quantitated from micrographs.
