摘要: This paper proposes a ring-out-ring structure of coupled optical resonators to yield coupled-resonator-induced transparency (CRIT). Considering the insertion loss coupler, it theoretically deduces transmission and effective phase shift. The influences coupler on transmittance, shift, group index CRIT linewidth are fully studied. We find that increase in multiple m can effectively enhance normal dispersion proposed structure. Moreover, specific expression at resonance is deduced discussed for with two rings. result shows between lengths ring 1 2 times equal-sized rings resonance. control slow light important applications highly sensitivity gyroscopes, delay lines buffers, etc.
