摘要: Jon Bing was not only a pioneer in the field of artificial intelligence and law legal regulation technology. He also an accomplished author fiction, with oeuvre spanning from short stories novels to theatre plays even opera. As reality catches up imagination science fiction writers who have anticipated world shared by humans non-human intelligences their creation, some copyright issues he has discussed his academic capacity take on new resonance. How will we regulate when robots are producers consumers art? This paper tries give sketch problem hints at possible answers that degree inspired Bing's creative writing.
