摘要: A practical method for continuous granulopheresis of normal individuals, based on selective filtration–adsorption the granulocytes, was developed. Large numbers granulocytes (up to 0.6 × 1011) can thus be separated and collected under sterile conditions from one donor a single donation. The cells are viable by in vitro criteria including eosin exclusion phagocytic ability. procedure is tolerated well donors. filtration–leukopheresis suitable clinical studies.
