摘要: This is the first study designed on mitochondrial Cytochrome b gene (Cyt-b) and Displacement (D) loop sequence diversity in two camel breeds (Mareecha Bareela) of Pakistan to assess status genetic differentiation. Genomic DNA was extracted from total 48 samples = 25 Bareela 23). The complete Cyto-b sequences (1140bp) analysis showed four parsimony informative sites were at position 137, 146, 337 806 five haplotypes constructed, indicating low variability selected Pakistani breeds. Analysis mt-DNA D-loop (1214 bp) revealed eight different resulting 32 polymorphic (2.63% all sites), which 31 singleton variable one site site. phylogenetic clades (Camelus), dromedary Bactrian populations that came out as distinct lineage distance between them, clustered with camels confirmed their architecture camels. Genetic assessment important preserve this resource develop future breeding plans improve productivity. Key word: D-loop, Phylogenetic analysis, Camel breeds, Pakistan.
