摘要: Abstract Assessed the relationship between anxiety and hierarchical level at which semantic stimuli are categorized. Study 1 examines whether trait is associated with proneness to use less inclusive levels of categorization instead more ones. The other two studies examine related sorting stimuli. Results show that high subjects gave examples corresponding a than low (Study 1), tend sort basic into larger number categories (Studies 2–3). were discussed in terms cognitive effects anxiety.
