摘要: Introduction: Susceptibility to tuberculosis (TB) infection varies in individuals and is linked genetic variations the toll-like receptors (TLRs) genes. The current study employed a systematic literature review meta-analysis describe most prevalent single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) from various TLRs assess association between these susceptibility. Methods: PubMed, Google Scholar, Scopus, ISI Web of Knowledge databases were searched for all articles published before May 25, 2015, that contained target keywords. Following application inclusion exclusion criteria, total 37 relevant identified examined gene polymorphism susceptibility tuberculosis.Result: A meta-analyses approach research determined there statistically significant TLR1 rs4833095, TLR6 rs5743810, TLR8 rs3788935 allelic model also rs5743018, TLR2 rs5743708, rs3761624 co-dominant with increased or decreased tuberculosis. No associations observed other risk.Discussion: Several studies have found host factors, such as SNPs gene, may increase an individual’s Therefore, identification important investigate immune responses TB.Conclusion: present concluded some risk. Thus, better understanding about role TB susceptibility, additional on alternative are needed.
