摘要: This study examined the relationship between quality of leader–member exchange and follower perceptions work stress. It was proposed that followers in higher exchanges were less likely to perceive stressors than lower quality. Data collected from 215 employees a midsized public university substantially supported this proposition. Quality leader‐member negatively related role conflict, ambiguity, low job scope, lack career progress, participation experienced by followers.
