摘要: In the past several years, enormous possibilities of Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) technique for producing ordered supermolecular architectures, with extensive scientific and technological applications, have begun to be appreciated in some cases demonstrated. this paper, we review key developments fabrication utilization LB films last decade or so; also discuss detail various possible particularly electrical areas such as molecular electronic devices, electroluminescent light sources, even high temperature excitonic superconductors. Recent work at Xerox Research Centre Canada is described; includes structural investigations novel phthalocyanine monolayers their application study Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering, well reaction center protein used charge transfer processes photosynthesis.
