摘要: We analysed the complete coding sequences of all recognized species Aedes-borne flavivirus, including previously uncharacterized viruses within yellow fever virus (YFV), Spondweni (SPOV) and dengue (DENV) groups. Two major phylogenetic lineages were revealed: one included YFV Entebbe bat groups, other DENV, SPOV Culex-borne flavivirus This analysis supported previous evidence that flaviviruses have evolved from ancestral viruses. However, topology at junction between these remains complex may be refined by discovery related to Kedougou virus. Additionally, viral evolution was found associated with appearance new biological characteristics; mutations modify envelope protein structure identified for seven group, an expansion host–vector range in two evolutionary lineages, which turn facilitate emergence mosquito-borne flaviviruses.
