摘要: Streptococcus agalactiae (S. agalactiae) is a rare cause of infective endocarditis, which associated with high mortality rate. Endocarditis in adults generally related to immunocompromised states. We hereby report the case 35 year old man who presented fever and delirium whom aortic valve endocarditis due S. was detected. Though most patients need surgical intervention along antibiotics, our patient improved medical therapy alone.
