摘要: Information Quality (IQ) has been always a growing concern for most organizations, since they depend on information managing their daily tasks, delivering services to costumers, making important decisions, etc., and relying low-quality may negatively influence overall performance, or even disasters in the case of critical systems (e.g., air traffic management systems, healthcare etc.). Although there exist several techniques dealing with IQ related problems literature checksum, integrity constraints, etc.), but them propose solutions that are able address technical aspects IQ, seem be limited addressing social organizational aspects. In other words, these do not satisfy needs current complex such as socio-technical where humans interactions considered an integral part system along elements smart cities, This introduces need analyzing context will eventually operates, might manifest themselves actors' dependencies. Moreover, considering requirements early phase development (the phase) can prevent revising accommodate after deployment, which too costly. Despite this, Requirements Engineering (RE) frameworks approaches either loosely define, simply ignore requirements. To this end, we goal-oriented framework modeling reasoning about phases development. The proposed consists (i) language provides concepts constructs requirements; (ii) set analysis support designers while performing required verify correctness consistency model; (iii) engineering methodology assist using capturing (iv) automated tool-support, namely ST-IQ Tool. addition, empirically evaluated demonstrate its applicability, usefulness, scalability by successfully applying it study concerning stock market system.
