摘要: Abstract Liquid exfoliated graphene sheets were incorporated within α-cyclodextrin-triblock copolymer supramolecular hydrogels prepared with a range of polyethylene oxide and polypropylene block sizes ratios allowing control over the release properties. The strong photothermal activity was employed to externally activate drug from gels using near-infrared (NIR) irradiation. These hybrid showed thermoreversible changes in viscosity, which is necessary for an injectable, multiple point delivery depot. This graphene-surfactant-α-CD gel system properties demonstrated herein be NIR activated induce controllable release.
