Patients souffrant de troubles somatoformes : évaluation d'une prise en charge intégrée médico-psychiatrique et revue de la littérature

摘要: Les troubles somatoformes sont un probleme de sante publique important en raison leur prevalence, des couts et l'invalidite psychique sociale qu'ils engendrent. Pour le medecin praticien, les patients somatisant representent une prise charge difficile. Une etude suivi a ete menee aupres medecins traitants 51 souffrant somatoformes, hospitalises l'Unite Traitement Integre Medico-Psychiatrique Hopitaux Universitaires Geneve entre 1992 1996. Trente-huit ont repondu questionnaire semi-structure sur effets cette hospitalisation. Dans 70% cas, l'hospitalisation jugee benefique facilite la ambulatoire du patient. benefices evoques clarification diagnostic legitimation Cette est comparee aux donnees publiees qui revelent qu'une approche integrative medicale psychiatrique patient semble etre recommandable tant au niveau medical qu'en terme cout-efficacite.
