摘要: Regulation of L-type Ca2+ channels is complex, because many factors, such as phosphorylation, divalent cations, and proteins, specified or unspecified, have been shown to affect the channel activities. An additional complication that these factors interact with one another achieve final outcomes. Recent molecular technologies helped shed light on mechanisms governing activity channels. In this review article, three major topics concerning regulation in heart are discussed, i.e. c-AMP dependent role magnesium (Mg2+), phenomenon run-down.
